WHO WE ARE

We’re Christian and Erin. We love everything about cooking. Most of all, sharing our passion with our friends. Our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients, start to finish. We craft every flavor from scratch. We grow our own herbs, dry and blend our own spices, and make every aspect of every dish ourselves. What we can’t do, we source from our friends and colleagues. The growers, the fishmongers, the cheesemakers, and the butchers. Everyone we know doing it the right way. 

Our food isn’t pretentious or “bougie” or hipster. We excel at what people have been doing forever. Pairing flavors and components that just go together. Fruit and cheese and meat and bread. The same components on that fancy charcuterie board that’s trending online are the same that were carried in the backpack of a cowboy 200 years ago or a goat herder 1000 years ago. Cured meats, aged cheeses, preserved fruits, nuts. It’s not rocket science. These things go together for a reason. What we like to do is showcase how extraordinary simplicity can be.
